| The David Garver Fund
distributes approximately $50,000 in grants to non-profit (501c3)
organizations in the Bellefonte area each year. The grants are awarded by
the Bellefonte Elks Board of Trustees on a quarterly basis. Applications
can be picked up in the Elks Club or obtained below. They can be returned there, or mailed
to the Trustees at the lodge address.
